A word from our founder

I was employed by a major Japanese company when I was scouted to become a police officer. After leaving the company, I obtained a national qualification and went independent. However, I have not been tied to the qualification since then and have continued to work as an advisor for major companies and help them go public, while also starting my own businesses.

When I was a police officer, I encountered a deaf-mute person who said that he was not receiving national welfare or disability pension, and that he had no choice but to continue stealing in order to survive. I thought that in order to fundamentally solve the problems of people living in poverty, it was necessary to thoroughly publicize various social insurance systems and laws, which administrative agencies cannot do.

When I was working as a certified social insurance labor consultant and administrative scrivener, who are experts in labor law and administrative law, I was also confronted with the fact that the actual number of homeless people hiding in parks and under overpasses and not even known by government agencies was far higher than the number published by the government. Most of them had quit their jobs due to problems at work and were unable to find new employment. I felt that it was impossible to fundamentally solve the problem by providing assistance and advice to small and medium-sized enterprises on their administrative procedures, as was the case with my traditional work in the same industry.

After that, I expanded the scope of my work to include consulting for large corporations, but these large corporations faced increasingly difficult and complex challenges, such as labor unions that were abusing their rights and causing problems that were getting more and more serious.Because I have experience starting up businesses and taking out buyouts overseas, my clients have included business managers traveling from Japan to do business overseas and overseas companies sending workers to Japan, but the labor issues that arise around foreign workers are even more complex.

Through these experiences, I realized how difficult it is to fundamentally solve labor issues. Labor rights have been historically oppressed and remain an unresolved issue, and even though they are guaranteed to the maximum extent by constitutions around the world, no one in the world has been able to find a fundamental solution to these issues, making it clear that they are extremely difficult problems to solve.

So I decided to start up my company in order to fundamentally solve these labor issues around the world, which no one has ever fundamentally solved in history, in a way that no one has tried before:

- Promote detailed awareness of laws and systems in place for those living in poverty and promote correct understanding
- To grasp the actual situation of workers that is not known by the government more broadly and accurately
- If there is a discrepancy between the reality and government policies, we will take action to fill the gap.
- Identify and resolve the issues faced by each worker
- Understand and resolve the concerns companies have about their workers
- Promoting sustainable growth by supporting business management
- Understand various laws and regulations and support strengthening corporate governance systems, including legal, tax, accounting, and finance.
- Accurately understanding the current state of labor unions and providing consulting to help them achieve their ideal form
- It acts as a loose cord between workers and employers, eliminating unnecessary stress between them.
- Eliminate unnecessary strikes and labor union operating costs to make them more effective

There are countless challenges, such as those listed above, and we need to utilize the power of ever-developing technology to find solutions to all of these.

However, solving each problem one by one will only result in a cat-and-mouse game that will never be resolved, so unless we solve as many issues as possible simultaneously, we will not be able to achieve the fundamental solution we are aiming for.

As of July 2024, our company has already achieved something that no one had ever thought of before: a labor union that waives union dues. This has significantly raised the possibility of achieving a fundamental resolution to labor issues.

As mentioned at the beginning, our consulting services continue to evolve based on our experience of viewing labor issues from a broader perspective than anyone else and solving problems from all angles and positions. Because they have fundamentally resolved difficult problems, we have been able to provide our services to a large number of clients for a long time, despite the high cost.

The strengths of our services are as follows:

We are able to consult with both labor unions and employers, whose interests seem at first glance to be at odds, and even resolve the problems of each individual worker, because we understand and use various laws and regulations, while also maintaining a keen awareness of those in poverty who no one knows about.

Labor issues cannot be solved by corporate consulting or technology alone. Corporate consulting is often seen as forcing the company's position on workers and labor unions, reinforcing the imbalance.

Technology has also been created for the benefit of corporations, and has given rise to new problems in the nature of labor, such as Uber delivery workers who work in their spare time, and mental health issues due to overwork. While technology gives workers more freedom of choice, it also carries the risk of them becoming cogs in the new labor machine.

To resolve this situation, we need someone who can provide impartial consulting to the three parties of companies, workers, and labor unions. This person must have fair judgment and a sense of justice.

We will tackle problems that even GAFAA could not solve, and as Asians, we will propose solutions to issues in the labor market that arise from differences in religion and skin color.
